My stay at the hotel was a mixed experience. The rooms were clean and quiet, but a bit small with some cleanliness issues under the bed. However, the hotel's location had some drawbacks and was not as expected for the price. The dining options were basic and overpriced without the convenience of a proper kitchen.

The staff at the hotel were absolutely wonderful and incredibly welcoming. They went above and beyond to track down my tablet and had it ready for me upon my return. Their attention to detail was terrific, and they made check-in a breeze.

The location of the hotel was a bit far for me as I didn't use the metro, resulting in high Uber costs to reach destinations like Times Square. Despite this, the proximity to great spots like the Apollo Theater and eateries such as Harlem Shake, Red Rooster, and Sylvia's was a plus.

My stay here was amazing! The room was very comfortable, although there were some dents on the wall. The service was extremely helpful and informative, but they couldn't fix the TV. The location, while nice and quiet, could use a little updating. The dining experience at Refuel with the free breakfast was delicious. Overall, a great value for the price!
